FAQs
These FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions) are intended to discuss common questions about the Outsider Folk Art Gallery and the way this website is designed.
How do I ask questions about or purchase a piece of artwork?
Please email us at info@outsiderfolkart.com and make sure to list the Catalogue Number for each piece in which you have interest. After we receive your email, we will try to reply within 24 hours.
Is there a larger image available than those on each artist's page?
Yes, there is. "Thumbnails" are located on each artist's main page so that it will load faster. To view a larger image, click once on a thumbnail, and a window will pop-up with a larger image and higher resolution, with essential information listed about that work.
How do I find out information about a piece of artwork?
Depending on what you require, you may either click a thumbnail to view a larger image with title and some information, or you can email us at info@outsiderfolkart.com and request further detailed information about the artwork. Make sure to list the Catalogue Number for each piece in which you have interest. After we receive your email, we will try to reply within 24 hours.
What are the methods of payment?
We will work with you to select a convenient method of payment when you make contact with us.
What options are there for delivery?
We will work with you to select a convenient means of delivery at the time that you make a purchase from us. Insurance can usually be arranged at an additional cost beyond that of packing and shipping.
Why do web pages take a long time to appear?
We appreciate your patience while waiting for some of our pages to load in your browser. This Web site has been built with the aim of providing a site that is informative as well as visually attractive. We have used higher resolution images that appear clearer and more detailed to improve the viewing experience for our site visitors. Dial-up site visitors may note that some pages may take an extra minute or so to load, but our high-quality photos are well worth the wait.
